Job description:
We are currently looking for an engaging Wireless Customer Service (not remote) with strong communication skills and good judgment in customer service issues, questions, and complaints. Maintaining a positive attitude as a role model to contribute value, and sustainability to our company and displaying effective selling skills on the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on all services offered, exercising exceptional product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a great attitude and team player mentality.
• Comply with policies and procedures, such as scheduling, dress code guidelines, and standing for extended periods of time.

Benefits:

• Hourly Pay rate: $17 - $21.

Qualifications:
